BlauWerk is operated by Nikolaus Prasse in Ettlingen. Our online service connects supported eBikes with the Bosch smart system to our diagnostic system through a browser and USB.
Purchases are available only with a billing address in Germany, France, Italy or Spain. Purchases from the United Kingdom, including England, are not available.

For remote diagnostics covering lighting changes, ID conflicts and diagnostic reports, your browser connects your eBike to the BlauWerk workshop via USB and the internet. Diagnostics and authorised changes are carried out using the diagnostic system in our workshop. You choose the offered function and desired setting on the website; no additional diagnostic software is needed on your device. Leave the eBike switched on, the data cable connected and the diagnostic tab open until the website confirms completion.
Our three guide videos show real procedures recorded on 29 September 2026: report creation, lighting configuration and ID conflict resolution. Some waiting times have been shortened and are marked accordingly. The free initial check determines which function can be performed on your bike. The recordings document these particular procedures, not availability for every bike.
BlauWerk is an independent service. References to the Bosch smart system describe the supported technology. Available data and supported settings are handled online; a mechanical inspection, professional lighting installation or full battery capacity measurement must take place directly on the bike or battery.
