Essential storage enables the functions you request. Optional Matomo analytics remains off until you voluntarily consent. Advertising is not tracked. You can use our diagnostics without analytics.
What may be stored
- Diagnostic completion
bwfd-completion-resultin your browser's session storage remembers which confirmed completion message to display. Storage ends with the browser session and does not contain complete diagnostic data.- Privacy choice
bwl-privacy-choicein local browser storage remembers your optional analytics choice, including the text version, for 180 days. Expired entries are removed on your next visit. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.- Optional analytics
- Matomo is loaded only after you consent. Matomo visitor cookies are disabled. Only predefined page views and click events are recorded. See the privacy information for details.
- Ordering and payment
- When you use the ordering functions, WooCommerce may use essential session and cart cookies, such as
wp_woocommerce_session_*,woocommerce_cart_hashandwoocommerce_items_in_cart. These associate your requested order with you; the cart cookies last for the session, and the WooCommerce session usually lasts up to two days. - Signed-in administration
- WordPress uses login and security cookies when you sign in to the administration area. No login is required for a normal visit.
- External payment page
- If you start a PayPal payment, PayPal's notices and settings also apply to the storage required there and any additional choices.
Essential storage for the service interval
- Access to the interval order
__Host-bwdi_guestcontains a random identifier and is limited to seven days from being set or renewed. The cookie can only be used over HTTPS and cannot be read by JavaScript. It protects the association with the requested order. An additional value bound to this identifier protects against third-party requests, is valid for 30 minutes and can be renewed for continued use.- Selected change
blauwerk.interval.workflow.v1in local browser storage contains the bike identifier, initial and target values, the odometer reading, selection type and processing state. After 24 hours without an update, this draft is no longer resumed automatically. It can be removed by discarding the selection or, after confirmed completion, when starting a new operation; expiry alone does not remove the stored entry.- Resuming the same order
blauwerk.direct-interval.order.v1contains order and session identifiers, the bike identifier, initial and target values, the signed resume receipt and, where applicable, the transfer attempt identifier. The signed receipt is valid for 24 hours; the server checks the order again whenever it is resumed. The local entry itself has no automatic expiry. After confirmed completion, “Start a new operation” removes the corresponding entry. Closing the tab or unplugging the USB cable does not delete it. This storage contains no payment data such as card details and does not, on its own, grant write permission.
This storage is necessary for the procedure you request and is not used for advertising. You can delete it through your browser's website data settings. Doing so may prevent automatic resumption; it does not delete an order, payment or voucher redemption stored on the server. If your order has already been authorised, do not pay again; contact support with the order number.
Your choices
You can delete cookies and website data in your browser or restrict their storage. This may prevent the session, ordering or completion display from working fully. “Essential only” leaves optional analytics switched off. “Allow analytics” consents only to the visitor analytics described here. You can withdraw your choice just as easily later.
