Here, the display reports a problem with the control unit. In this example, the free check shows that the motor's and control unit's system IDs do not match.
0:11 Prepare the connection
First check whether your control unit and browser are compatible. Switch on the eBike and connect the control unit with a USB data cable. A charging-only cable is not enough.
0:23 Connect in the browser
To connect, click Pair bike in browser. The selection window may show a control unit identifier instead of the bike's name. Select your control unit and confirm the connection.

Start the free system analysis. The blue button indicates that resolution is available. Other functions remain locked for now.
0:47 Select and authorise the function
Select Resolve ID conflict. The initial check remains free. Resolution costs €19.99 including VAT. The operation starts after payment or redemption of a valid voucher.

You can follow the transfer progress on the website. Wait until the website explicitly confirms successful completion.
