How to get your
eBike diagnostic report.
The real process, from connecting the USB cable to saving the PDF, with subtitles in five languages.

0:00 Check compatibility
With BlauWerk, you can use supported functions of your Bosch smart system at home. First check whether your control unit and browser are compatible.
0:10 Connect the eBike
The eBike must be switched on. Use a USB data cable at the control unit's port. A charging-only cable is not enough.
0:19 Connect in the browser
To connect, click Pair bike in browser. The selection window may show a control unit identifier instead of the bike's name. Select your control unit and confirm the connection.
0:34 Free system analysis
Start the free system analysis. Only then does diagnostic mode appear on the eBike display. Wait until the website shows the available functions. Keep the cable connected and the diagnostic tab open.
0:50 Select diagnostic report
The available functions appear after the check. Click “Create diagnostic report”. The report costs €9.99 including VAT.
1:02 Payment or voucher
Choose an available payment method or redeem a valid voucher. Keep the diagnostic page open. Report creation starts after confirmation.
1:14 Download and save the report
Once the report is ready, click Download diagnostic report and save the PDF file. You will also receive a copy by email. The session then ends automatically.
1:25 Completion
You can now unplug the bike. Check compatibility at blauwerk.de.
