We check whether lighting functions, ID conflict resolution and a diagnostic report are available for your eBike with the Bosch smart system.

Purchases are available only with a billing address in Germany, France, Italy or Spain. Purchases from the United Kingdom, including England, are not available.

Before connecting: On Windows PCs, we support all the listed Bosch smart system control units. On Android, LED Controller (BRC3610) and Kiox 400C are currently incompatible. iPhone and iPad are not supported.

For the check, we send technical bike and diagnostic data in encrypted form to the BlauWerk service computer. Cloudflare is involved in the connection; Bosch eBike Systems also receives device-related service data.

How to select your eBike

Clicking opens the device selection window. Select your control unit, for example BRC3600, and confirm with “Connect”.

Device selection explained & help with an empty list

Select control unit: Click or tap your eBike's entry. It often shows the device name rather than “eBike”, for example “BRC3600” for the LED Remote or “BRC3800” for the Purion 200.
Confirm in the window: Click “Connect”. The button becomes active only after you select a device.
Proceed to system analysis: Wait until the website shows “Bike connected”. Then click “Start system analysis”, once the button turns blue.

No device in the list? Close the selection window. Check that the eBike is switched on, your cable can transfer data and your control unit is compatible with your phone or PC. Then click “Pair bike in browser” again.

Continue on another device

Open the link on your suitable device or scan the QR code with an Android smartphone. Connect the bike there using a USB data cable.
